   • Washing machines without the IM Connect app are covered by a standard parts warranty of 2 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.
   • Washing machines equipped with the IM Connect app are entitled to an extended parts warranty of a further year making this warranty 3 years from the date of installation. This additional coverage reflects our confidence in the durability and reliability of these models.

2. Tumble Dryers, Flatwork Irons, and Drying Irons:

   • Tumble dryers, flatwork irons, and drying irons come with a standard parts warranty of 2 years from the date of installation. This warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

• The warranty covers repairs or replacements of parts that are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults or issues in materials.
• The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
• Any modifications or alterations to the product not authorized by IMESA UK will void the warranty.
• The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.
• Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
• Warranty does not cover the belts on flatwork or drying ironers.
